Pneumax Group: Smart Technologies and Human Competence.

Founded in 1976, Pneumax S.p.A. is today one of the leading international manufacturers of components and systems for industrial automation. It is at the forefront of a Group comprised of 25 companies, with over 800 employees worldwide. Ongoing investment in research and development has allowed Pneumax to continually expand its range of standard products and customized solutions. The use of the most advanced production technologies guarantees maximum flexibility and certified quality according to international standards in different sectors. The desire to provide the service and application skills has in turn led to the creation of 3 specific business units, dedicated to Industrial automation, process automation and the automotive sector.

A feeling that is expressed in our Code of Ethics

Our Code of Ethics has been adopted in line with the principles set out in Legislative Decree 231/01 and is an integral part of our Organization, Management and Control Model. It is the Charter of Values which expresses our strong commitment to issues such as diversity, health and the well-being of our staff and the environment, human rights and fair work.
The Group is well aware that its success is not solely measured on the basis of the quality of the solutions and products it provides but also on how it acts to the benefit of our environment, our location and our people. This is because we believe that high-quality manufacturing can only result from a virtuous circle that generates value.

The value of our location

Pneumax’s headquarters is located in Lurano, in the northern Italian province of Bergamo, a place which is home to both industry and rural communities.
At this point we would like to express our gratitude because it has become the living theatre of our corporate life.
The moral responsibility we have towards the location where we have sunk our roots is a source of life and we are committed to enhancing it, creating jobs, preserving the environment and taking cultural initiatives. This mutual synergy strengthens us both.

We make little noise
Sustainable Development

Aware of our size as a major manufacturing facility, we try to have as little impact as possible on our surrounding environment. We pay very close attention to applicable noise and pollution limits and our large photovoltaic power station means we can mitigate our impact on the environment. We also take an straightforwardly sustainable approach to designing new products. Thinking responsibly about the future also means making a commitment today to make our everyday activities a gym for continuous improvement.
