Who we are

AUREL AUTOMATION S.p.A. is an Italian company specialized in manufacturing of equipments and automation systems for electronic industry since 1970 in the areas of sensors, energy and electronic modules.

The wide proposal includes:

- Screen/stencil printer for SMT, thick film, LTCC, solar cells, etc.
- Work cell systems for dispensing, ink-jet, micro spraying, pick&place, AOI, coating.
- Lasers systems for trimming, marking, cutting, scribing.
- Ovens and furnaces for drying, curing, firing and soldering up to 600°C
- Full automatic screen printing lines equipped with loading/unloading, substrate positioning and centering, optical inspection.

For all the above mentioned applications the company designs and manufactures stand alone units and full automatic lines for high/medium production volumes. These lines, fully controlled by one software, can be equipped with automatic loading/unloading stations, conveyors, roll to roll handling systems, optical inspection, furnaces with controlled environment for achieve best production quality.

Aurel Automation, thanks to its dynamic internal team of Mechanical and Software Engineers, has the possibility to design and develop all the machines internally, that permits to provide continuos upgrades and customizations to the machines at 360° according to the customer requirements.

The long standing relationship with Universities and Research Centers all over the world involved in Electrical, Electronical, Telecomunications and Chemicals studies gives Aurel Automation the opportunity to be up to date to the latest technologies where its machines can be used such as solar cells (DSSC), nanomaterials, fuel cells (SOFC), etc.
