Mold designing and manufacturing is an important part of the production cycle. The production bar-code system allows identifying the product at each stage of the manufacturing process. We use modern testing equipment for one hundred percent quality control and functional tests of all our products.

We use only approved microcontrollers such as Microchip, ST Microelectronics with the appropriate debugging tools. Software of complex system-building devices is based on the real time operating system RTOS, which supports multi-tasking at many simultaneous functions and processes. The interfaces and protocols use various encryption technologies - KeeLoq, AES 128. The primary transducers of world leaders - Excelitas, Nicera, Murata, Sencera – are used in our sensors and detectors. Wireless systems are based on proprietary protocols developed by Teko, as well as on the public commercial protocol ZigBee Pro, which provides modern and effective methods of signal spreading and signal restoration. Radio components made by Infineon, STM, SiliconLabs are used in our transceivers.
