THE EXPERIENCE OF A MANUFACTURER
Today, HUCHEZ is the French leader in the design and manufacture of complete ranges of manual or motorized winches in its workshops located in France (in Ferrières, an hour away from Paris).
HUCHEZ winches are designed and manufactured to respond to all lifting or traction problems in all contexts and all sectors (industry, aeronautical industry, construction, maritime and river transport, show-business industry…).
HUCHEZ also designs and manufactures a large range of material for other kinds of applications: lifting/pulling loads (gantry cranes, jib cranes, cabestans…) or lifting personnel (SECURITREUIL...).


INNOVATION AND R&D IN THE DNA OF THE BUSINESS
Its R&D office relies on the expertise of its engineers, external consultants and specialized researchers to answer to customer requests in lifting or pulling/towing, following the rules and regulations in force.
This department consisting of a multidisciplinary team of 5 people, is devoted to developing new products and new ranges of winches. They are all fitted out with new technologies (electronics, composite materials) and the latest tools (3D, ergonomics and quick prototyping).
HUCHEZ pursues a very active innovation policy which is translated into the regular filing of models or patents with the INPI (National Industrial Property Institute).


A WORLD OF QUALITY
HUCHEZ controls every step of the winch production: DESIGN – MACHINING – ASSEMBLY - TESTING.
The quality of HUCHEZ products is a priority for our company: winches are inspected at every stage of manufacture – the keys to their reputation.
Every electric winch is tested on the test bench to ensure the reliability of its components and endurance.
Since 2001 HUCHEZ has been certified for its quality management system according to the reference ISO 9001:2008.

Our team is trained on a permanent basis to address the requirement of the new safety regulations in the world of lifting and help you out in this particularly complex field.
HUCHEZ is a member of CISMA (“Construction, Infrastructures, Sidérurgie et Manutention” - Construction, Infrastructures, Metalworking and Lifting association) and FIM (Fédération des Industries Mécaniques - Federation of Mechanical Industries).
