X-RAY INSPECTION EQUIPMENT WITH LATERAL BEAM
The new generation of X-ray inspection equipment of Varpe offers innovative global solutions for product inspection with lateral beam, ensuring the safety and integrity of your production.
The lateral (horizontal) beam of the X-ray detection system can be down to up or up to down. The down to up beam is widely used for inspection of cans, jars, bottles in which the inner product is dense and where the pollutant is not easy to stay on the base. Products like olives, mayonnaise, vegetables etc. could require of this kind of beam. The up to down beam is used for inspection of cans, jars and bottles with liquids in which the interior is sparse and where the contaminant can be easily accommodated in the base because it is heavier than the product itself. This type of inspection is focused on the base of the container and inspection algorithm can be more efficient.
Its advanced X ray technology provides an excellent detection of ferric, non-ferric and stainless steel, glass, metal, calcified bones, spines and stones. They also offer simultaneous verification detecting damaged products, breakages, lack of units within the product and mass measurement.
All Varpe X-ray inspection equipment comply with the international safety standards that govern the emission of ionizing radiation.
They are listed under the certification of exempt equipment granted by the General Direction of Policies and Mines, with the approval of the Council of Nuclear Safety number NHMX224, published in the BOE No. 90 on April 15, 2017.
