The i22X Series Multifunctional Inspection Device is a powerful tool for visual inspection and traceability, especially for small precision parts. Based upon our popular JR3000 Series Desktop Robot the i22X runs on three precision axes to effectively check soldering or dispensing quality, text or numerical IDs on parts, read barcodes and more. Combining a 5 megapixel camera with the lighting style of your choice, the i22X detects surface scratches, stains, dispensing misses, empty screw holes and other fine details the naked eye will miss.

Available in three sizes, the i22X Series features dedicated production management software the “Catch System” which automatically saves each inspection image for analysis and traceability. “Catch System” also manages barcode data, and helps you maintain a record of repairs and monitor productivity trends.
