FROG – is a smart metering gateway for remote signal reading of water meters. Collected data is sent to a web-based server using NB IoT, also transferred to Android-devices over Bluetooth Low Energy.

Sending data to server: Data sending occurs over NB IoT cellular technology. Low energy use – embedded battery inside FROG has 5 years lifecycle. Parameters and Counters collected by FROG are show as graphs and tables on server side. Event notifications are sent in real-time.

Set-up and data reading with smartphone: Download Smart flow monitor app to receive data and configure FROG. The app allows to configure boundaries of counting modes (“no consumption”, “regular”, “high consumption”) and Bluetooth module operation modes. The app displays Parameters and Counters, also pop-up Notifications.

Parameters, Counters, Events:
- Instant water consumption from two meters.
- Counting mode – “no consumption”, “regular”, “high consumption”.
- Ambient temperature.

- Water consumption
- Operation time – total and by counting mode

Event notifications:
- Switching to "High consumption" mode.
- Detection of water leakage.
- Detection of magnet or case opening.
