On-line AXI is integrated with the production line for on-line full detection

Sanying is about to launch a 3D AXI (Automatic X-ray Inspection) on-line inspection system based on planner CT to realize the connection with the production line and perform 100% rapid full testing and automatic analysis of products. Such system is especially for the quality control of invisible welding joints such as BGA and pressfit connector.
