The JS3 Series SCARA Robot combines Janome’s original user-friendly programming software with a fast-moving, strong and accurate SCARA robot unit and a wide range of interface options to become a powerful automated assembly tool. Available in 3 sizes and able to bear a load up to 6kg, the JS3 is effective either as an independent unit or as a key component in your assembly line. The largest model has a maximum speed of 8,300mm/sec, and all models boast a standard cycle time of 0.29sec when bearing a 2kg load.

The JS3 Series offers the convenience of a multilingual teaching pendant, optional PC software for teaching and editing programs, a LAN cable port, USB memory port, a dedicated port and optional solenoid valve for gripper (hand) connection, 6 different Fieldbus options to choose from and more. Add up to 2 additional motors to serve as auxiliary axes which you can control together with the robot axes. Internal air piping and wiring for tool connection help to save space and minimize interference.
