BVR Series
Description

Composed of worm wheel, large barrel cam and large turret on the output shaft, BVR series are intermittent rotating type index drives. As BVR products operate under the condition of preloaded cam with tapered cam follower bearings, they offer long lifespan and excellent precision. They are also highly rigid as both the input and the output shaft are assembled by tapered roller bearings.

2. Wide range of No. of stops: available 6 to 24 stops (at 50 RPM input shaft)
3. Functionality: As 3 output shafts are available with one input shaft(worm wheel), various output applications are possible. It makes no noise and vibration during operation and provides high accurate stops. As the body is also oil lubricant container, it does not require oil change for a long time. Having a body with robust structure, it can handle with heavy workload. With built-in worm gear reducer, no additional reducer is required.
4. Applications: BVR series is broadly applicable to automated machine, welding machine, packing machine, manufacturing machine. It is easy and quickly to take accurate control on it, and designing complicated and various stops is also available.
