Our Open Weld robot cells are also according to the “plug and air and produce” concept. This means that the cells are equipped with welding robot, welding equipment, positioners, tracks (if necessary) torch cleaner, safety, all necessary software needed to start to weld. Everything built together and tested in our factory. You as customer will be invited our factory, to do a technical check and approval before delivery.

The cells are decommissioned, packed in modules and shipped to customer site. You can build it up yourself or we can support you. Then you need to add fixture, connect to electrical power and compressed air and start to program your products.

We are cooperating for these cells with Fanuc for the robots and Fronius for the welding equipment, but you as customer are free to select “your” brands if that is your choice.
