Using this basic model of the Turn-Assist Series, you can set to work immediately. This easy-to-use automation has been specifically developed for the loading and unloading of small runs and/or small workpieces. You have an adjustable table that may be configured very quickly for different workpiece dimensions using the patented positioning principle. The workpieces may also be positioned by means of freely definable grid plates, for example for special workpiece shapes.

Automation may be complex, but that’s not at all necessary. All our automation systems have intuitive graphics software. Automating your workpieces on the touchscreen is child’s play!

With the Turn-Assist Essential you can choose from different models:

Turn-Assist E i 25: removable and/or movable with a payload of 25kg
Turn-Assist E i 35: removable and/or movable with a payload of 35kg
Turn-Assist E s 25: separated, with a payload of 25kg
Turn-Assist E s 35 or more: separated, with a payload of 35kg or more
