Rack drive jacks
The Bett Sistemi rack drive jacks are components that transmit and synchronize movement: they raise, lower, push and pull
FOR LOW-LOAD APPLICATIONS
They are ideal for low-load applications and available in two versions:
• with torque up to 4 Nm (the knob with torque limiter slips when reaching 4.5 Nm, protecting the reduction gear from overloads)
• with torque up to 12 Nm
LOW COST
Thanks to their rack drive, the costs are lower than those of screw system jacks.
WITH PARKING BRAKE
They are equipped with a parking brake to lock and maintain their position.
The brake prevents any loss of position caused by external factors (e.g. vibrations); if you use the knob for movement, the brake does not fully lock the position in order to protect the internal transmission devices.
STEP-BY-STEP MOVEMENT
The jacks are suitable for step by step, non-continuous movement (work/rest ratio=1/30. Maximum uninterrupted operation: 1 minute at 60 rpm, that correspond to a complete rack travel of 470 mm. Drive: manual, if motor-driven max. 60 rpm).
MAY BE USED IN COMBINATION
They synchronize the movement between a drive jack and an idler jack, which can be used alone or in series.
