Quality Assurance System for the riveting process AC1

The management and control of the riveting process can be supervised by agile, efficient systems that communicate easily with the operator, such as the AC riveting quality assurance systems.

The AC-1 system controls the pressure and riveting stroke in such a way that the return is made from a value entered electronically, differentiating Ok and NOK parts taking into account the set parameters.

Based on the absolute measurement of the position of the head, it measures the riveting travel from the rest position of the machine.
