Positioning is controlled by means of a cam guaranteeing accuracy and deceleration characteristics.


The motorisation for the unit, generally consisting of a geared brake motor, is very simple and only an extremely basic control system is required.

In the pre-determined “station” position, the position is locked by the cam profile thus offering excellent protection to product and personnel, in case of power failure.
