Control of materials’ magnetic phases
MATEX PHASE is based on a powerful and permanent magnet that saturates the samples’ magnetization. Electromagnetic sensors determine the sample’s magnetic phase during its automated removal from the permanent magnet.

MATEX PHASE is the ideal instrument to check the composition of alloys which contain a magnetic phase.
It includes hard materials like cutting tools for machining, steels for mining, cement or aggregate grinding.
It is also ideal to control materials for magnets or soft magnetic composites.
