The MCU range are multi-functional hand control units that can provide complete CMM control.

MCUlite-2:

Basic low cost joystick for 3-axis CMM without an LCD.

•Compatible with the range of Renishaw CMM controllers and incorporates all the
functionality of the HCU1 hand controller for motorised head
•Controls motion of CMM axes
•Indexes the motorised head and rotary table
•Operates as a computer mouse
•Has a system menu for navigating the operating software
•Handheld or table mounted operation

MCU5-5:

The MCU5-2 is a development of the MCU5 joystick, with new buttons and new functionality.
The manual control unit is a comprehensive CMM joystick controller designed for use with Renishaw's range of UCC controllers

It includes the functionality of both the Renishaw standard UCC joystick interface and Renishaw PHC10 hand control unit (HCU1).

The MCU5-2 has been developed for use with Renishaw's REVO system and PH20, providing the ability to move the CMM in the axis of the probe and stylus.

MCU W-2:

The wireless manual control unit (MCU W-2) is a comprehensive joystick designed for use with Renishaw's range of UCC controllers.

Based on the MCU5-2 joystick design, the MCU W-2 uses modern battery technology and Bluetooth® radio modules to provide an effective wireless joystick with a maximum of 25 m range and over eight hours between battery changes.

A spare battery and an automatic charger are included in the joystick docking cradle.
