The MCP-6 is a fully integrated adhesive pattern control available internally on a full line of melt tanks. This new addition to the MCP family of pattern controls is available as a factory-installed option or as an aftermarket package. This control system is now standard in the EC, D and new Flexmelt series hot melt units. The MCP-6 is a 6-channel internal adhesive pattern control system that can operate any 24VDC solenoid valve. The 6 independent channels can handle up to two 24VDC solenoids per channel. All wiring of cables is done directly into the board using green Phoenix Contact™ connectors, which allows the user to attach existing valves and scanners into the MCP-6 control card. For ease of wiring, cables with flying leads are included in all kits.
