Valco Melton's JP2000 electronically monitors product to detect slippage and butted or overlapped occurrences. When a preset product slippage allowance is exceeded, the JP2000 will interrupt product feed and stop the machine. Lights on the control panel identify the product sensor responsible for triggering the machine stop circuit. The JP2000 automatically re-arms and is ready for operations when the machine is restarted.
