ColourBrain® V-Shape 4.0 is a compact camera system for monitoring the coating application on the V-joint for the longitudinal and transverse edge in the profiling line, directly behind the units for edge coating.

Paint defects and completely missing paint on the bevels on both sides are detected.

The system evaluates the quality of the lacquering according to defined and adjustable conditions. Defective planks are alarmed so that they can be marked with fluorescent ink.
