These simple to install devices come with several uses that include machine loading and unloading, assembly operations, material handling, and the transferring of parts to and from covetors and dial tables.The placers feature simple and mechanical cam driven movements which are self locking and backlash free. You can be assured of the exceptional accuracy, quick, smooth, and synchronised motion along with the excellent repeatability and it does not require manual maintenance. Italplant Placers are completely enclosed in a rugged, and compact housing that has a full oil bath and lubrication for an extended period of time. The Italplant placers requires a globoidal and will provide rotary arm movement. The axial lift also is cam driven. This ensures that the arm is fitted to the output shaft which will perform a pick and place function typically lift/swing/fall/dwell/lift/return swing/fall/dwell. Special features include the movement that is generated by a cam. This ensures high speed and superior precision, a wide selection of rides and butt lifting angles.
