Our granite-based 3D gantries achieve repeat accuracies lower than 6 µm (six sigma), so they are especially suited for micro-manufacturing or micro-assembly. Our high-precision, dynamic HN and HL linear motor axes are used most often, but direct-driven rotary indexing tables and rotary units can also be integrated, depending on individual requirements.
