Linear actuator Electrak® MD series

About

Designed as a smaller sibling to the Electrak HD actuator, these smart electric linear actuators pack a big punch relative to their compact size and dutifully perform in the harshest environments without the need for service or maintenance. Onboard controls open the door to a wide range of possibilities, including CAN bus options and low-level switching with or without position feedback.

Electrak MD Feature Highlights:
• - Onboard electronics
• - Built-in J1939 CAN bus
• - Overload protection
• - Electronic trip point calibration
• - End-of-stroke, voltage, current monitoring
• - Standard anti-rotation actuation
• - CE, RoHS, REACH (CU) compliant
• - Dynamic motor braking
• - Self-locking lead nut
• - Temperature monitoring
• - Temperature compensation
• - Flying lead cables

Electrak MD Electronics Options:
• - EXX: Monitoring System (EMS) only
• - EXP: EXX+Analog Position Output
• - LXX: EXX+Low Level Signal Switching
• - LLX: EXX+LXX+End of Stroke Output
• - LXP: EXX+LXX+Analog Position Output
• - CNO: Can Bus J1939 Control + Open Loop Speed Control
• - XXX = Internal End-of-Stroke Limit Switches
• - XXP = XXX + Analog (Potentiometer) Position Output
• - LLP = LLX + Analog (Potentiometer) Position Output
Electrak MD Applications:
• - Automated Guided Vehicles
• - Logistics Trains • Workstations
