Description
The evaluation system with display AD003 transforms your analogue sensors into small all-rounders. In the field, it is connected between the sensor and the data processor. AD003 adds a binary switching output and an IO-Link interface to sensors with an analogue output. The display can also be used for evaluating and programming the analogue sensors to enhance field application.

AD003 enables the point level monitoring of analogue sensors. Switch points and normally open/normally closed function are set conveniently via sensing rings or IO-Link. The analogue measured value is output via the display. The colour display (red/green) is freely programmable.

AD003 can be used to convert analogue signals into SIO mode and IO-Link, even when IO-Link was not originally supported by the analogue sensors. All the functions can be set conveniently using parametrisation software autosen:io.

All the functions can also be set via the sensing rings and the display, meaning AD003 can also be operated without IO-Link.
