Application of the 1800 cylinder series defined by Neuson is focused predominantly on machine and heavy machine manufacture. With a very short installation dimension, a maximum nominal pressure of 180 bar and end-position damping that can be optionally set on one side or both sides, our 1800 series cylinders can be described as “very user-friendly and reliable”. The 1800 series is available with a piston diameter of 200 mm and can be installed on the cylinder barrel in six mounting versions. Thanks to its different damping options it can be ideally adapted to the requirements of our customers. The 1800 series is produced according to the Neuson factory standard. It is suitable for piston velocities of up to 0.5 m/s.
With its 20MnV6 hardened piston rods, a chrome plating thickness of 25+/-5μ and standard seal systems such as Glyd ring and grooved ring, this Neuson standard series ranks as extremely durable with very low internal friction. Different mounting versions are available for the cylinder. The 1800 series is easy to service and an inexpensive version for many users who are searching for simple and reliable differential and synchronising cylinders. All these Neuson factory standard cylinders are manufactured with state-of-the-art CNC machines and experience acquired over many decades. The 1800 series cylinders are quality tested and have proved highly successful in tough continuous operation.
