Helical gearbox TA series

Helical gearbox TA series

Helical gearbox TA series

About

The TA Series of worm gearboxes are characterized by the coupling between a RT Series’ gearbox and a XA Series’ pre-stage, in order to achieve higher reduction ratios than those achievable with a single worm gearbox.

Main Components
• Input and output oil seals in NBR
• Housing and covers in die cast aluminium (for the pre-stage and till size 85 of the RT gearbox) and grey cast iron (size 110 of the RT gearbox)
• Worm wheel in bronze
• Bearings with ball or conical roller
• Input flanges in die cast aluminium
• Motor flexible coupling
• Gears in cemented and hardened alloy steel
• Support hub in grey cast iron
• Synthetic oil for lifetime lubrication of the gears
• RCA oil seal in NBR
• Worm shaft in alloy steel

Plus
• Low maintenance and management costs
• Modular concept
• Extended lifetime with excellent reliability
• Easy installation and maintenance
• Long life lubrication
• Versatility of use
