Gearbox casing can be offered in Gray Cast Iron (FG260) and MS Fabricated configuration. MS Fabircated casing will be duly stress relieved and shot blasted.
Gears and Pinions are hardened and ground case carburised alloyed steel. The gear and pinion teeth are flank ground to achieve maximum efficiency.
To achieve better thermal rating of the gearbox we can install accessories like fan cover, heat exchanger and cooling coil.

Gearbox can be installed with pressure, temperature and flow indicator devices, hold back, shrink disc, input and output coupling, motor with motor mounting stool, auxiliary drives
Shaft extensions on input and output side can be provided
Higher ratios, center distances and reduction stages can be developed as per customer specification
