The TCU system is composed of a heating module, a constant temperature module and a cooling module, and the combination is optimized according to the user’s process needs. The equipment has functions such as data acquisition, status monitoring, real-time data processing, output control, historical data management, alarm monitoring, remote communication, and authority management. The internal layout of the equipment is reasonable, the pipeline connection is short, the structure is compact, and the whole process is insulated. Compared with traditional manual operation, it can improve product quality, reaction yield, improve crystal structure, and reduce human operation errors.
