Using our own technology, the Heat Seal Inspection System automatically determines whether the seal is good or bad by calculating the temperature of the seal surface immediately after heat sealing.

How it works:
・It can be fitted onto an automatic rotary type packing machine.
・The sensor is installed immediately after the first sealing process.
・The heat sealed pouch is scanned as it is being transported immediately after sealing.
・The machine inspects incomplete sealing, product-in-seal problems, wrinkles in the seal and sealing defects.
・Able to store up to two years’ worth of data, it can also be used for traceability.
