RTU-LP is a Low Power RTU/dataloggers family for remote control and data collection of unattended remote sites. The RTU-LP-ST version integrates a Quad Band GSM/GPRS 850/900/1800/1800 MHz modem, 8 I/O channels (4 galvanically isolated digital inputs with 4 totalizers, 2 analog inputs in voltage/current, 2 relay outputs 30 Vdc) and 2 MB Flash memory for data collection. The module can supply power to external sensors (max 100 mA) with automatic pre-ignition and can operate independently for up to 3 years with the standard Li-Ion 13,000 mA/h @10.8 V batteries supplied.
The operating modes include data transmission on an event or on request (via SMS or FTP Server), temporary switch-on for receiving and/or sending messages and temporary switch-on on an event. When purchasing a product (RTU-LP-ST, RTU-LP-ST1 or RTU-LP-ST2), the A-GSM antenna accessory is also supplied (as shown in the product image).
The IP65 external housing is also available for harsh environment applications.
