The CentriFeeder™ integrates the flow measurement accuracy of the CentriFlow Meter with an integrated control valve (ICV) in order to accurately measure AND control the flow of nearly any free‐flowing, granular solid. The CentriFeeder can control the flow rate of your product for continuous operations or can control the total throughput through the meter for batching operations. The CentriFeeder features a customizable, color, touch-screen HMI for easy calibration that can be completed with the push of a button.

The control features of the CentriFeeder are extremely accurate due to the use of a linear position sensor which regulates the position of the control valve’s blade to within 1 part in 1000, based on the stroke. The movement of the blades is monitored by the CentriView® electronics in order to maintain a consistent and accurate flow. For delicate products, the CentriFeeder also features a Virtual Flow Stop™ function which allows the natural bridging properties of your product to stop the flow through the valve without completely shutting the valve. This feature protects your delicate product as well as the valve’s internal components from damage. The outcome is an easily maintained and consistently controlled flow that is perfect for batching, blending and ratio‐control applications.
