This flexible shaft coupling has a monolith body construction that allows precision information transmission in both directions of motion without loss making it backlash free. It is made form aluminum alloy or stainless steel material and is torsionally flexible or stiff thus produces constant velocity assuring smooth bearing loads. It adjusts in accordance to the misalignment (typically 0.2mm for lateral and typically 5 degrees for angular) of the two shafts connected by it & transmits torque & motion from one shaft to the other. It permits slight axial movement with precise concentric integral set screw or collet / flange type clamping. It compact design saves space and is light weight having low inertia.
