Online monitoring gas mixers - moisture traces [ppm] and H2/N2 [Vol

With a gas mixer, it is relevant for the process when the optimal gas mixture is available in order to safely run the respective process. In the case of quality fluctuations, it is always interesting retrospectively whether there were any changes in the gas flow that can explain the Q problem.

For this reason, we have built an analysis system with a web-based data logger that continuously records the moisture traces and the concentration H2 / N2.

In addition to (quasi) binary gas mixtures from u. a. H2, He, Ne, Ar, N2, Kr, O2, CH4, CO2, NH3 and SF6 can also be used to analyze complex gas mixtures online using cross sensitivity compensation.

As example the exact determination of H2 in natural gas or biogas possible. Of course, the concentrations of the infrared active gases can also be displayed and read out.
