The 4028 is an instrument manufactured by Spectec - Innovative Sensor Solutions. It is a frequency to voltage signal converter with two field selectable input configurations fit for high and low frequency applications. For use with active or passive magnetic speed sensors and Hall effect sensors. The power inputs of the device can be configured for either a 2-wire or 3-wire power supply.
