The TCC 165, 168, 169, 170, 171 charge converters are airborne devices specifically designed for very high temperature piezoelectric transducers. They have a reinforced charge amplifier front end, and a biased output voltage proportional to a charge input.
The TCC 1XX are made using MIL qualified discrete components and SMD hybrid circuits, delivering small size but a robust structure. This allows modification of the transfer function and filter value for particular applications.
The TCC 1XX has a two-wire constant current source, with low mass and volume. The units can also be mounted with a qualified auto-blocking nut. In addition, TCC 1XX has an adequate transfer of 0.5 to 25 mV/pC, and 2 or 2-pole high-pass and low-pass filters.
