The ViscoDos-4000-2K Touch dosing control is used to control two ViscoTec dispensers with DC motors in a fixed mixing ratio. The control is based on a microprocessor control with a 5,7“ VGA TFT - colour display.

All the process parameters can be set on the display:
- mixing ratio (in volume)
- dosing volume (in ml)
- output (in ml/s)
- rinse shot (in ml)

All process-relevant parameters are monitored:
- pot life
- rinse shot
- time to next rinse shot
- max. number of rinse shots
- tank level of rinse shots
- tank level of material supply
- actual pressure in each component
- all faults are displayed in plain text on the display
Monitoring of the feeding systems is also integrated.

- level monitoring component A and B: min. and premin. (potential free contacts)
- primary pressure monitoring analog or digital with control of product supply
- pressure monitoring component A and B (overpressure, pressure build-up with analog sensor 0.1-10 V)
- signal / alarm indicator: signal lamp in the door, potential-free contacts, external acceptance, optional signal traffic light
- counter for the number of doses and hours of operation with adjustable maintenance message

- control of two dosing pumps in a defined mixing ratio in volume
- integration into production cells
- connection to robot or axis systems
- integration in superior control possible (hardware or Profibus)
