The new RC24 Pump Control System is used for precise control of volumetric dosing pumps. The RC24 consists of a touch-panel control in the control unit as well as a brushless servomotor with planetary gear and integrated digital controller including pluggable supply and signal lines. The RC24 is operated via the integrated touch panel or via the existing interface with external control signals.

Das RC24 consists of the following operating modes:

- Dosing in start/stop modus
- Volumetric dosing

A retraction can be activated in both operating modes. The calibration function of the RC24 allows an exact adjustment with the respective pump. The minimun and maximum flow rates of the standard dosing pumps are stored in the control unit of the RC24 and can be selected in the configuration menu. The current flow rate is specified in ml/min by either direct input in the controller or by applying an external analogue signal.
