Nordson EFD’s 7197PCP-DIN controllers provide precise control of volumetric dispensing parameters. With an intuitive web-based user interface, operators can choose between Line, Volume, Weight, or Timed programming modes to achieve deposit volume accuracy and repeatability at +/- 1%.

Advanced features, such as the ability to change the rotor speed when dispensing a line around corners, reduces rework and rejects. A calibration function at initial setup or after setup adjustments makes dispensing results more accurate for industry-leading process control.

Two 7197PCP-DIN controllers are required for two-component (2K) meter mix dispensing.

7197PCP-DIN-NX controller is available for Smart Factory integration. It allows communication with a PLC or other manufacturing plant controllers using TCP/IP via Ethernet.
