Nordson EFD ValveMate™ spray valve controllers allow the use of Low Volume Low Pressure air to the nozzle to achieve exceptional spray pattern definition.

These controllers feature an adjustable 0-30 psi (0-2 bar) nozzle air pressure regulator that helps to provide high transfer efficiency without overspray. They also offer time-saving programming and allow mechanical adjustments to be made without having to shut down production.

EFD spray valve controllers are simple to set up and operate, and easy to interface with PLCs and other equipment.
