NTC TES WATER TEMPERATURE CONTROL UNITS allow not only to reduce energy consumption for heating (heaters are switched off during normal operation), but also allow to limit cooling costs for cooling by means of a process called “AUTOTUNING”. PRECISION ±0,2 °C Effective fluid temperature fluctuations are limited within ±0,2 °C. The PID microprocessor-based controller and the technical solutions adopted in the fluid circuit guarantee this high level degree of precision. The resulting benefit is a very close control over the quality of the product that allows the repetition of the process at very high quality standards. Furthermore, process temperature is independent from the oscillations on the return produced by use (for example, the molding cycles).
