MSX-E1516 is am Ethernet digital I/O system that is used to gather and process I/0 signals directly close to the test item in abusive industrial surroundings. It contains an IP 65 protection degree that delivers an extended temperature range and circuit protection. This minimizes maintenance cost and acquiring pricey switching cabinets.

This device can be linked to a PLC directly using the Ethernet switch. It can also be cascaded and synced with other systems in the MSX-E series. It has 2 Led monitors to monitor the direction and status of the 24 V lines and a quick error diagnostics. It is also protected against over temperature, reverse voltage, and short circuits. Its communication features includes a web server for configuration and motioning, common server SOAP for relaying commands and data server for sending acquisition information.
