DC electric drive KPPT
DC drive KPPT is provided for:
•supply of power and auxiliary circuits of electric drive systems with electric motors;
•electric drive integrated control;
•protection, diagnostics, signaling and other service functions.

As an example we consider car humping device (of a car pusher) DC drive KPPT-630-3Т, which controls motors via trolley current lead.

DC drive KPPT-630-3Т includes control cabinet SHU and control desk PU.

Depending on the particular site, equipment package can include: PLC and industrial PC based automated control system, located in control system cabinet (SHSU) or in control desk PU, car coupler control boxes, contact switches and other components.

Control cabinet SHU and control system cabinet SHSU are installed in electrical equipment room, control desk PU is installed at operator's post. Control cabinet SHU, control system cabinet SHSU and control desk PU are resistant to external influence of climatic factors, placement category 4 according to GOST 15150.
