The cable head plays an integral role in wireline deployment by providing mechanical and electrical connections from the wireline cable to the tool string. The built-in weak point holds the weight of the tool string and enables the wireline cable to be released from the cable head should the tool string become struck downhole. In this event, the standard fishing head design enables quick and easy fishing operating, reducing non-productive time.

Custom built cable heads to meet connections of different OEMs. We also offer high Ampere kits, gold plated contacts, and connections with spanner flats in diameters including 5/8”, 11/16”, ¾”, 1”, 1 3/8”, 1 7/16”, 1 11/16” and 2”.
