Our SCR3000 and SCR6000 controllers are multi-functional and adaptable to customers’ needs.
Each controller can be used to measure and regulate, for example:
Temperature
Carbon potential (%C)
Carbon monoxide (CO)
Belt furnace throughput time
as well as to program any application-specific automation function.
The SCR 3000 is suitable for small applications such as carbon potential and temperature control.
The SCR 6000 with its larger number of inputs/outputs is better able to control a complete heat treatment line with for example 5 carbon potential zones and 2 belt speed controls.
