The IPX-860 IoT Gateway Computer with IP67 protection class has been specially developed for demanding operating conditions. The system is equipped with state-of-the-art LTE/4G wireless technology, GPS/GLONASS and a powerful 1.2GHz quad core processor system for demanding applications. Whether mobile or industrial applications, where data needs to be reliably captured, preprocessed, buffered, and sent to the cloud, the IPX-860 system provides an ideal and reliable platform. Thanks to the modern Linux system, the system is flexible, quickly and easily adaptable to specific tasks. The IPX-860 IoT Gateway is also full RPi software compatible. So all the tools, software and all the know-how of the RPi are available. This makes the realization of applications very fast and extremely cost-effective. Prototype applications developed on an RPi can be seamlessly transformed into a professional industrial application. Programming can be done in C/C ++, with the Node Red system, Python, Java or other common programming systems. Two CAN ports, RS485, RS232, USB, LAN, sensor and 1-wire ports, digital inputs and outputs and analogue inputs are available in various product versions for on-site coupling. In addition, the IPX-860 products are equipped with an accelerometer, a temperature sensor and optionally a gyroscope. In addition to a wide-range input of 8-40 volts, the power supply also offers an intelligent powercontrol function. The system can be switched on via a status line and a switch-off request can be signaled to the operating system.
