„RCS“ is an microprocessor controlled monitoring system for brake systems in crane and industrial applications.

RCS serves for the purpose of early defect detection, damages limitation and guarantees a smooth running of the operative workflow.

Possible monitoring functions:

Run-time monitoring for opening- and closing times
Oil-temerature in thruster
Oil-niveau in thruster
Remaining lift monitoring in the thruster
Wear monitoring
Spring fracture monitoring
Rotational speed or standstill monitoring at brakes

Force measurement in the optical leverage of the brake
