CM78N from elap is a multi-function counter/visualizer with a 6-digit display. It has 2 presets and operational modes are settable. Counter or visualizer version is available. With the CM78N, several functions are available in a single unit. The C01 type visualizer runs as 2-preset counter, partial/total counter, and cycle counter allowing preselection of cycle. Type C02 can run as position display, 2-setpoint visualiser, or absolute/relative visualiser having two setpoints.

CM78N includes many parameters such as inputs/outputs type, operating cycle, counting direction, decimal point position, and multiplying factor. The parameters can be set with ease and this makes CM78N suitable for a range of applications on industrial machines. The counter/visualizer has front keys for easy entering of numbers. It has a count frequency of 25 KHz primary wave.

Input is mono/bidirectional. NPN or push-pull encoder inputs are supported. It has 2 relay outputs rated for up to 3A @ 250V. Supply voltage is 115 or 230 or 24Vac, 50/60Hz or 12 or 24 Vdc (needs to be defined in order).
